Liability Insurance

1. General
THE UNKNOWN METEORA EXPERIENCES maintains a professional liability
insurance policy covering only third-party liability, where applicable by law.
2. No Personal Insurance Coverage
Participants explicitly acknowledge that the Company does NOT provide:

• Personal accident insurance

• Medical insurance

• Travel insurance

• Rescue or evacuation coverage

• Coverage for personal belongings

3. Assumption of Risk
Participants understand that activities may involve:

• Serious injury

• Permanent disability

• Death

Participation is voluntary and at their own risk.
4. Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants:

• Release and discharge the Company, its owners, guides, and partners

from any claims arising from participation, including:

1. Injury

2. Death

3. Property damage

5. Exceptions
This release does NOT apply in cases of:

• Gross negligence

• Willful misconduct

6. Participant Responsibility

The Company bears no responsibility for incidents resulting from:

• Failure to follow instructions

• Unsafe behavior

• Inadequate physical condition

• Undisclosed medical issues

7. Acceptance
Participation confirms:

• Full understanding of risks

• Acceptance of no personal insurance

• Acceptance of full personal responsibility
