The Company provides outdoor activities including hiking, mountaineering, via
ferrata, climbing, archery, mountain biking (MTB), yoga, and related services.
Participation requires:

Good physical and mental condition
Compliance with instructions
Appropriate equipment

All activities involve inherent risks. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these
risks and of the Activity Participation & Safety Terms.
3. Bookings & Payments
A booking is valid only upon:

Completion of participation form
Acceptance of all terms
Payment (deposit or full)

Payment confirms acceptance of:

Terms & Conditions
Liability Insurance terms
Privacy Policy

4. Cancellations & Changes
The Company may modify or cancel activities for safety reasons.
Participant cancellations:

Day activities: Full refund if canceled 16+ days before
Other cases: Partial or no refund depending on timing

No refund applies if:

Participant is removed for safety reasons
Participant fails to follow instructions

5. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must:

Follow guide instructions
Be properly equipped
Be physically capable
Inform the Company of medical conditions

Failure may result in exclusion without refund.
6. Health Declaration
Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit and have disclosed any
relevant medical conditions.
7. Insurance
Participants acknowledge that:

The Company does NOT provide personal insurance
Personal insurance is their own responsibility

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

Injury
Loss or damage
Accidents

Except in cases of:

Gross negligence
Willful misconduct

9. Photography
Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes only with participant consent.
10. Governing Law
Greek Law applies.
