through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including but not limited to Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Airbnb Experiences and Headout;

through travel agencies;

through hotels;

through authorised partners and resellers.
3. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

completion of the booking process;
-
acceptance of these Terms & Conditions;

successful payment of the applicable amount.
The booking confirmation email serves as proof of the reservation.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time before a booking is confirmed.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants must:

be in good physical and mental condition;

follow all guide instructions at all times;
-
wear suitable clothing and footwear;
-
inform the Company of any relevant medical conditions;
-
behave responsibly towards guides, other participants and the environment.
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation if safety may be compromised.
6. Health Declaration
By participating, customers confirm that they:

are physically capable of taking part in the selected activity;

have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect participation;
-
understand the physical nature of outdoor activities.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
7. Safety
Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

uneven terrain;
-
steep paths;
-
loose rocks;
-
adverse weather conditions;
-
slips and falls;
-
physical exertion.
Participants acknowledge these risks and voluntarily accept them.
8. Equipment
Where equipment is supplied by the Company, participants agree to:

use it responsibly;

follow all instructions;
-
return it in good condition.
Participants may be held responsible for damage caused through misuse or negligence.
9. Cancellations by Participants
Unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation:

16 days or more before the activity: Full refund.
-
15 days or fewer: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the booked experience.

No refund is provided for:
-
no-shows;
-
late arrivals;
-
voluntary withdrawal after the activity has started.
Where bookings are made through third-party platforms, the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking shall apply.
10. Cancellations by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify activities due to:

severe weather;

safety concerns;
-
insufficient participants;
-
force majeure;
-
government restrictions;
-
operational requirements.
Where possible, participants will be offered:

an alternative date;

an alternative activity;

or a full refund.
11. Changes to Activities
Routes, itineraries, meeting points and schedules may be modified where necessary to ensure participant safety or improve the overall experience.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for compensation.
12. Insurance
The Company maintains all legally required insurance applicable to its operations.
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own:

personal accident insurance;

medical insurance;

personal belongings insurance.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unknown Meteora Experiences shall not be liable for:

personal injury;

illness;
-
loss or damage to personal belongings;

delays;
-
missed transportation connections;
-
indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability arising from gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. Photography & Media
During activities, photographs and videos may be taken.
Images will only be used for promotional purposes where participants have provided consent or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Participants may withdraw consent at any time by contacting the Company.
15. Environmental Responsibility
Participants agree to respect the natural environment by:

avoiding damage to wildlife and vegetation;

respecting local communities and cultural heritage;

following all guide instructions regarding environmental protection.

is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

18. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or modifications resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
