Following a scenic mountain trail, we make our way through rolling hills, rocky paths, and open landscapes, gradually gaining elevation while enjoying ever-changing views of the surrounding cliffs, valleys, and the distant Pindus Mountains. Although the route is of moderate difficulty, it includes uneven terrain and several uphill and downhill sections, making it best suited to participants who are comfortable walking on natural mountain trails.

The trail gradually leads us to a scenic hilltop gazebo overlooking Gavros and the extraordinary rock formations that define this hidden corner of Meteora. As the sun slowly sets, we'll relax and enjoy a carefully prepared outdoor picnic featuring fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced products inspired by traditional Greek and Mediterranean flavours. As daylight fades, we begin our return hike equipped with headlamps, following quiet mountain paths once used by local shepherds. The gentle transition into the blue hour creates a peaceful atmosphere unlike any other, revealing a completely different side of the landscape under the evening sky.
